Now wind, so spent a great day blasting around the 25 mile Karrimor run at Coed Y Brenin forest.

Grind steadily up the fire roads then blast down the
technical down hill sections, made even more exciting with the damp and greasy conditions.......

An excellent day and should be on any mountain bikers tick list.
